Location

The villa is located in Cypress Pointe, a new and exclusive private gated community just 10 minutes from Disney, Champions Gate and the many restaurants on the 192.

One of the truly remarkable aspects of Cypress Pointe is the beauty of the Conservation Land backdrop - with views over the woodland and wetland areas. Black Otters have been seen playing in the retention pond overlooked from the pool deck. Many birds of pray and waders visit the area as well as ducks and wild turkey.

Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford are both about 35-45 minutes easy drive away. Disney World is just a couple of junctions away from the villa on Interstate 4.

Champions Gate Gulf resort (Greg Norman designed) is just minutes away, as is the new and spectacular Providence Golf Course by Michael Dasher.
